• MISDEMEANOR: CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK AND COURT ABSTRACT (You can retrieve these documents from the Municipal Court or Justice Court in the City of County of Arrest.)

• FELONY: CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK, COURT ABSTRACT, INDICTMENT, SENTENCING ORDER,    ORDER    OF    DISMISSAL AND/OR     ORDER    OF    NOLLE PROSEQUI!!!!!!! (You can retrieve these documents from the Circuit Court in the County of Arrest)
