The mission of the Human Resources Department is to provide effective human resource management by developing and implementing policies, practices, and services that contribute to the attainment of the City of Holly Springs and employee goals.

The Human Resources Department builds relationships by recruiting, hiring, promoting, training and retaining a highly-qualified diverse workforce in a healthy, safe and productive work environment.

Our department is responsible for providing HR support to all City employees including recruitment, selection and orientation of new employees, retirement, salary and benefit package, providing training and professional development programs, record retention, and coordinating unemployment, family medical leave and other policies and procedures.
